JUDITH VIRAG
Judith Virag, founder of Clean Club Calgary and Certified House Cleaning Technician, is committed to building trust and improving the quality of life for her clients. Born in Hungary, Judith, alongside her parents, immigrated to Canada at the age of 18. With entrepreneurship in her blood – both her parents and grandparents were entrepreneurs – Judith knew the traditional career route wasn’t for her. After 15 years as an Executive Assistant for corporations such as Citibank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Calgary Flames, she took her love of accountability and combined it with her love of physical work to begin her first cleaning business. Gathering experience, learning from challenges, and obtaining (and continually maintaining) her IICRC House Cleaning Technician certification, Judith ensures clients feel their quality of life is Clean Club’s priority. Since starting her cleaning career nearly a decade ago, she has grown (and kept) her three initial clients into a full-scale residential and commercial cleaning business that’s changing how Calgarians invest in cleaning.
Fun, hardworking, trustworthy, loyal, and dedicated to honest conversations, Judith leads the rest of the Clean Club team in providing service that’s beyond expectations.

We are so proud to announce Judith, CCC’s founder, has won the Universal Womens Network “Women of Inspiration” award for Customer Experience.
This award recognizes the achievements of women who are making an impact in the community and around the globe. On November 19, women across the country were acknowledged in a diverse range of industries, and Judith gracefully accepted the award on behalf of the entire CCC team. “To build a company truly focused on customer experience, I believe honesty is most important,” says Judith. “I have been working with people all my life and this award is validation that what I am doing is right. Without my incredible team and amazing customers, I would not have this company.”
A humbling experience, Judith feels honoured to be amongst the female nominees. “I always knew how strong and resourceful women are – but now it is much more evident,” she says. “We set our mind to a goal, and we go until we achieve it.”

Definitely camping – roasting marshmallows, crackling fire & wandering the woods!

A multi-pocket tool, a very large towel… to dry and utilize for thread & other things… & instant coffee!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Any type of PASTA dish… to be honest it’ll probably be mushroom ravioli.
What motivates you to work hard?
My goals! The things I want to do in my life and the people I want to help is why I am motivated to work hard. My purpose.

KSENIIA: What is your biggest accomplishment?
After completing web design courses, I created beautiful business cards for my dentist and my friend in the beauty industry. I really like to create beauty and ideality in everything.
KSENIIA:What do you enjoy most about cleaning?
Before and after. The result after the work done, and the reaction of customers when they enter their clean home.
NATALIIA: What song would you want played as you enter a room?
It all depends on my mood – it can be different from classical to rock.
NATALIIA: What is your favourite thing to clean?
I love cleaning bathrooms to make them shine!!

I’m more of a night owl.
Which vacation do you remember the most?
The one that stands out the most was in 2021 when my whole family traveled to the Black Sea in Ukraine—it was an incredible and exciting experience.
How do you stay motivated to clean regularly?
For me, it’s all about comfort for myself and my family. A clean home makes everyone happy, and I find cleaning to be fun, inspiring, and enjoyable.
What is your favorite cleaning task?
Every task is important, but what I enjoy most is seeing the final result—whether it’s a sparkling bathroom, a tidy kitchen, or a freshly made bedroom.

I love deep cleaning but can’t help but tidy regularly.

Queen Elizabeth. For me, this woman is the personification of intelligence, femininity, tact, and friendliness.
What’s a hobby or activity that you like to do in your free time?
I make diamond mosaic paintings. I devote my free time to painting pictures.
